The Mississippi Gaming Commission enforces the Gaming Control Act and Charitable Gaming Laws of the State of Mississippi. The website provides information about the structure, regulations, and procedures of the Mississippi Gaming Commission and regional industry statistics.

The Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) is the investigative and enforcement agency, which together with the Casino Control Commission (CCC), maintains the integrity of the casino industry. The DGE is part of the Department of Law and Public Safety. It is led by a Director who is appointed by the Governor. The mission of the DGE includes investigating casino license applicants, insuring integrity, monitoring casino operations and scrutinizing gaming equipment.

Michigan Gaming Control Board serves Michigan citizens by licensing and regulating commercial casinos in Detroit, their suppliers and employees; and by overseeing Native American casinos in Michigan.

It began operations in June of 1998. The Board is responsible for regulating legalized gambling at the racetracks, veteran and fraternal organizations of New Mexico. The Board is also responsible for overseeing New Mexico’s tribal gaming compacts through the appointment of the state gaming representative.

The mission of the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission is to administer the pari-mutuel wagering and riverboat gambling laws and agency rules, to protect the public and assure them of the integrity of the racetracks' and riverboats' gambling operations and their participants.

Regulates tribal gaming. Has regional offices in Portland, Sacramento, Phoenix, St. Paul, and Tulsa.
